HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Maple Manufacturing Partners is a Columbus manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 419 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
