HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Columbus, OH)

Rivermark Drift Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
