HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Inspection Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
