HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Colorado Springs producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
