HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Amberfield Haven Auto Group is a Colorado Springs company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
