HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Colorado Springs and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
