HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
