HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Union Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
