HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Keystone Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
