HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Granite Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
