HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone North Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
