HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Union Legal Group provides legal services in Colorado Springs across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
