HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Granite Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
