HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
