HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Harbor Health runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
