HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
