HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Glen Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
