HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Harbor Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
