HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cleveland, OH)

Summit Willow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Cleveland and nearby communities, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
