Clearpath Pike Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
