HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
