HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Junction Housing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
