HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
