HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Granite Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
