HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
