HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Facilities and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
