HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Cincinnati producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
