HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Associates looks after rental homes across the Cincinnati area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
