HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Cincinnati, OH)

Greenridge Ashton Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
