HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
