HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
