HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 607 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects.
