HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Juniper Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
