HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
