HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Quill Transit Planning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
