HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Pike Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
