HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
