HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Sable Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 299 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
