HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Bright Medical Group is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
