HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
