HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Bridge Health is a healthcare provider in Charlotte with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
