HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Corner Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on release testing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
