HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Ivory Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
