HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Rivermark Keystone Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
