HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Ironwood Cobalt Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
