HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Junction Markets serves neighbourhoods around Charlotte with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
