HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Amber Insurance Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
