HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
