HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Cedar Legal Group provides legal services in Charlotte across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
