HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Ashton Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
